Shortly, shareholdercommunication.com will update its website and provide an online form to allow shareholders a safe, convenient, and inexpensive means to complete all of the paperwork required to submit a request for release package to TPDI's transfer agent.

There are a number of forms and letters required by your broker and an attorney to complete this process as well as approval by the Company. Our goal is to ensure that our process is precisely laid out so that we meet both the legal and Company's requirements. While we are highly confident we understand the required process, we have very recently sent through a couple of test cases and want to be sure these initial small requests gain approval before we process numerous files that may not meet the needs of all parties to the release.
